“Transitional”- Level Funded Plans

SIHO offers level funded plans that that are ideal for Employers interested in moving from a fully insured plan to a self-funded plan. A level funded plan is an aggregate-only plan that is an attractive health plan solution for employers and health plan sponsors that combines the advantages of self-funding with the safety of fixed premiums and limited liability of a fully insured plan. Employers pay a fixed monthly premium that covers their own claims fund, stop-loss insurance, and the administrative costs. SIHO has a variety of level funded plan designs for employers to select from.

“Select”- Self-Funded Plans

SIHO's TPA Plan is the primary service offering providing the services common to the national carriers, at a local TPA price. SIHO's TPA plan has a broad network, encompassing over 90% of the providers in the communities SIHO serves allowing customer access to the best unit pricing in the area. SIHO also has access to rental networks throughout Indiana and nationally, allowing custom benefit plans to fit any customer’s network need.
