The UnitedHealthcare Options PPO Network will be available for eligible SIHO plans as an out-of-state network solution for employees and their families living outside of Indiana or while traveling.

UnitedHealthcare Options PPO Network

The UnitedHealthcare Options PPO Network serves as an out-of-state network solution for eligible SIHO clients. This aims to provide broader healthcare coverage and convenience for employees and their families residing or traveling outside the state of Indiana.

This is particularly beneficial for:

• Multi-site businesses with locations outside of Indiana
• Employees and their families who live outside of Indiana, such as students and remote employees
• Employees and their families traveling outside of Indiana

The network is available for eligible SIHO plans and new clients January 1, 2025, and beyond.
