agreement between the entities solely for the
purpose of providing members with an option to
establish a Health Savings Account with HSA Bank.
The services available through HSA Bank are not
covered benefits under your health plan and do not
affect your premiums. SIHO makes no
endorsement or guarantee of the services or
products offered by HSA Bank hereunder. You should
consult with your financial advisor prior to
purchasing any products or services from HSA Bank.
SIHO reserves the right to discontinue or
change the program at any time without notice. |
