SIHO and Caremark have partnered to provide our members with comprehensive
prescription benefits. The formulary, or preferred drug list, is updated
quarterly with the assistance of SIHO’s Pharmacy and Therapeutic Committee.
Utilizing formulary and generic medications at a Caremark participating
pharmacy will allow you to maximize your prescription benefits. To find
out if your medication(s) are part of the formulary or to see if your
pharmacy is included in the Caremark Participating Pharmacy List, refer
